Q. In what condition are your pieces?

 

Our items are in excellent vintage condition. They do not have any structural damage, but they can show varying signs of age and wear inherent to older or used pieces.

We will disclose any signs of age, such as minor chips, abrasions, patinas, or dents, but we will also make sure to highlight any details that might be of concern to you when making a purchase.

We photograph and write the descriptions of each item on our website. No third parties are involved in the design of this site or the work involved in bringing it to you.

 

Q. Do you accept returns or consignments?

 

No. All sales are final, with no refunds, credits, or exchanges.

Q. I’m unsure if a piece will be perfect for my space. Is there a way I can try it in my home before deciding to buy it?

 

No. At this time, we cannot send pieces on approval. But please inquire about a solution that can always be found.

 

Q. Do I need to have the lamps rewired?

No. All our lighting is rewired and fits the US standard.

Q. Do you have a shop or gallery? Or do you exhibit at Antique Shows? Do you have a current show schedule?

 

We do not have a brick-and-mortar store. We sell online only. We used to do antique shows five years ago, but we have also stopped this activity.

We sell from this website and are affiliated with 1stdibs.com and Chairish.com marketplaces.

Our website now serves as our online gallery, open 24/7. We no longer need a retail shop location. This frees our time and energy to offer our clientele the best possible merchandise. We update this site daily.

Q. Can I get items shipped?

Absolutely! We are happy to coordinate shipping for any bulky item you want to purchase. 

We work with exceptional white-glove companies that deliver to Metro Atlanta and nationwide. We will connect with our shippers for custom quotes based on your requirements. If you have a preferred shipper, we are happy to accommodate you. 

Q. Can I make several payments?

No, at this time, we do not offer a layaway program.

Q. Do you sell to the trade or retail only?

 

We support the Interior Design Community with trade pricing and sell to interior designers, architects, antique dealers, and private collectors. We do our best to offer a variety of items in style and price range to please every customer.

Q. Do you offer appraisal services?

 

No. We are not certified appraisers. Therefore, we do not offer free evaluations or appraisals of your items.

 

Q. Do you offer a designer or artist biography?

 

Whenever possible, we try to present the description of such information. We will soon offer a biography listing of many of our designers. All brand names, registered trademarks, and company names are the property of the respective owner.

Q. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We have an international clientele, and we ship almost everywhere worldwide. Please inquire about a personalized quote.

Q. Do you sell originals or reproductions?

Our merchandise is period unless otherwise noted. The item always has an approximate date of manufacture.

Q. Do you have a warranty on your pieces?

 

The merchandise is sold "as is." and "where is." We do our best to give an accurate report of the condition of each item.

Q. How long have you been in business?

We have been in the antique business since 1995. Please refer to our «about us» page for more details. And we have been selling online since 1999.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment:

However, we reserve the right to restrain or refuse certain payment types to fight against identity theft and fraud issues.

We also accept wire transfers (domestic and international in US currency).
