Stunning vintage Art Deco wood and chrome airplane model mounted on a stylized wooden plinth, France, circa 1930. This large Art Deco Model airplane is made in solid wood with a Macassar wood imitation textured pattern and chromed metal wings, tail, wheels, and accents. The plane is standing on a carved wood plinth which the piece can swivel on (check pictures). There is no visible maker's mark. This is a great desk accessory ornament for aviation collectors and lovers.
