This beautiful French modernist desk blotter pad features streamlined high polish chromed metal framing with tortoise (tortoiseshell) Lucite insert. The inside is in yellow butter silk with a watered-textured pattern, and the back side is in dark brown velvet. There is no visible maker's mark.
