This is an original Post-war illustration drawing, hand-painted with gouache on Arches Velum paper by French artist C. Villars (France - 20th Century). The poster project features an airplane with a map book in the background, with emphasis on France and South American countries, on the side we see the hands of a man and a woman. The drawing was created for an airline company named STAR. The illustration is signed C. Villars in the bottom left corner.
This image was probably later printed in a larger size for ad posters, but this is the original painting by the poster designer.
