This is a sleek and modernist barware thermos made of chrome and gilded brass, produced by Loewe in Spain. Note: Given their Spanish heritage, one would be forgiven for assuming that Loewe's company brand and how it is pronounced derives from Castilian. The true provenance traces back to Germany.

It was not until thirty years later, in 1876, that the technically gifted leatherworker Enrique Loewe Roessberg arrived from Germany, took over, and consolidated the operation under a unified banner. He bestowed the company with his name, and the brand as we know it today was born.
