Mid-Century modernist enamel on copper artwork by Judith Daner. Two tile plaques are mounted together on an original oak wood frame with a black fabric large matte. Abstract and stylized design featuring horses on the trail, Judith Daner used the technique of stenciling so that the design has a layered dimensional effect rendered in variations of green, brown, black, bright orange, and amber enameling, all of which are set against a white and blue cloudy stormy sky background. This took multiple firings to accomplish. Signed bottom right corner with initial "JD."
