These are rare iconic Missoni, Italy couture clip-on earrings. Italian designer Rosita Missoni designed this iconic pattern in the 1980s, and these earrings were part of a 2000s design revival. They are adorned with playful smiling faces. The pieces boast a dangling gilded metal framing with a carved and see-thru pattern, topped with multicolor hand-enamel, featuring a colorful smiling face. The smiling face is embellished with white, purple, orange, yellow, and black colored enamel. Each earring is signed at the back with the Missoni, made in Italy tag. The pieces come with their original branded reference tag.
