Richard Kerr designed these gorgeous clip-on earrings in the 1980s. They are made of his signature pave rhinestones. 
They feature an oversized heart shape covered with multicolor crystal rhinestones. The earrings are set on a black resin background frame with assorted bright colors of hot pink, yellow topaz, aurora borealis, blue, green, and purple.
